The Bankruptcy Law Resource Center of Bloomberg BNA was launched. It is an online cutting edge platform that is able to combine practice tools from well-known bankruptcy law experts. It also consists of an exclusive legal analysis.

The Bankruptcy Law Resource Center was designed to support the daily needs of bankruptcy law practitioners. It brings together a wide range of law content tackling bankruptcy. It features a super user-friendly interface that will help law practitioners speed up time or research thereby increasing productivity. There are also full-text decisions on significant and landmark bankruptcy law cases. The Bankruptcy Code is available, along with all statutes pertaining to it. The site covers almost all topics that you would ever need pertaining to bankruptcy. Other key documents that are included are the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and other pertinent rules.

Edwin Jackson, the director of Publishing for the Legal and Business Publishing Group, said that, “Time — or the lack of it — is obviously a key concern for attorneys forced to contend with demanding workloads and rigid schedules.”

Jackson further added that, “This is what makes the Bankruptcy Law Resource Center such a benefit for today’s practitioners. The service helps to alleviate the time constraints they face in the most direct way possible — by granting access to everything they need in one place. Whether it’s case law, court rules, federal statutes, legal news, or author commentary and practice tips, the Resource Center includes it all for one set annual price.”

Features of the platform that truly stand out are the American Bankruptcy Institute’s seven treatises, and the Bankruptcy Court Directory, which is an interactive feature.
