Stick with the winners…

You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.  Jim Rohn

Highly profitable law firms became profitable because they recognized that success has a track record.  They modeled the behaviors of other successful entrepreneurs and legal teams.  They recognize that you become what you believe you will believe based upon what you think, and how you think is the sum total of who and what you surround yourself with.   This may sound superficial however attorneys that think positive and expect positive results build highly profitable law firms.

So stick with the winners.  Simply put anyone can complain about the current condition of the economy.  But winners see the economy as an opportunity.  When you surround yourself with individuals that think this way you will find that your results in everything you do come out above common results.  Vince Lombardi once stated, “Confidence is contagious.  So is lack of confidence.”  Steer clear of the “Nay-Sayers” and focus your sites on the winners.  Do what the winners do and you will get what the winners get.

There are two types of people—anchors and motors.  You want to lose the anchors and get with the mtors because the motors are going somewhere and they’re having more fun.  The anchors will just drag you down.  Wyland, (World-renowned marine artist).
