Buffalo – Cellino & Barnes made it among the top law firms who practice plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. The law firm was included in the Tier 1. This law firm has been receiving honors including Who’s Who in American Law, Best Lawyers in America, The American Trial Lawyers Association’s list of Top 100 Trial Lawyers, upstate New York SuperLawyers, and many others.
It could be noted that in the Buffalo area, there were only six law firms who have received the Tier 1 award including Cellino & Barnes. The other law firms were Connor & Vilardo; Lipsitz, Green, Scime, Cambria, LLC; Law Offices of Eugene C. Tenney; Bouvier Partnership; and Smith, Miner, O’Shea and Smith.
It is not an easy climb to be included in such a prestigious list of law firms. Thousands of clients of various law firms are surveyed. Law firm managers, partners and associates, are asked various questions relating to their profession, like the factors that are important for clients to hire law firms.
Most of the surveys were reputational data. Clients get to vote on the lawyers’ expertise, cost effectiveness, responsiveness, civility, and if they would make referrals for another client to a particular firm. Other considerations included were the pro bono work done, the strength of the firm, the strength of the individual lawyers comprising the firm, various practice areas and many other factors.
