At networking events it easy to get your cards mixed up with the prospects cards that have been given to you that night. Each time someone hands you their card, you pull out your card mixed in with cards you accepted that night.
Then you have to look through them one handed because you have a drink in one hand.
This creates a little awkward moment.
Rather than look jumbled on your first meeting talking to someone, use the two pocket trick.
Keep all your own cards in your right or left (depending if your right or left handed) and when you exchange cards you simply know to go to your designated pocket for your cards, and simply take the card being given to you and place it in its designated cards.
