Avison Young Principal and Managing Director Rand Stephens of the company’s Houston office, today announced that veterans of the commercial real estate industry Rob Neblett and Harry Holmes have joined the brokerage operations of Avison Young in Houston.
Effective immediately, Neblett and Holmes will come aboard Avison Young as Principals. They will be focusing on tenant representation and corporate services for companies based in Houston that are engaged in legal and accounting, financial services, and energy. Neblett and Holmes have also been appointed to the Texas Executive Committee of Avison Young and will work with Stephens to further develop the company’s Texas region.
When asked to comment on the appointment of the two, Stephens said, “Harry and Rob are two of the top tenant representatives in Houston. We are thrilled to have them join us and to be part of our leadership team for Texas.”
He also said, “In addition to having a tremendous client list in Houston, their expertise in representing energy companies is exceptional. And in conjunction with our Calgary and Edmonton offices in Western Canada, the addition of Harry and Rob will really bolster our North American service platform, enhance our cross-border services, and strengthen our foothold in the global energy market.”
Prior to joining Avison Young, Neblett and Holmes worked at Newmark, Knight, Frank (NKF), serving as co-Managing Principals of the Houston office of the firm. Each has over three decades of experience with the industry while serving for the most part as tenant-representation specialists.
