Michael Wudke Appointed By TransPerfect Legal Solutions to Lead Digital Forensics

The Digital Forensics division of TransPerfect Legal Solutions gets a new president in the person of Michael Wudke. Among the responsibilities of Wudke is reinforcing the enduring dedication of the company to help clients leverage innovative technology to solve challenges that pertain to litigation and investigation. The company also helps client collect and preserve electronic data.

Wudke has more than 10 years of experience as electronic discovery consultant and testifying expert, computer fraud investigator and trainer, and project manager.

Prior to joining TransPerfect, Wudke was with LECG Corporation. He has also worked at the Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. His responsibilities at Deloitte include managing the New York Analytic and Forensic Technology Practice, as well as comprehensive projects in support of litigation.

TransPerfect’s co-CEO, Phil Shawe, said, “Our clients are increasingly interested in decreasing costs, mitigating related risks, and improving their management of e-discovery.” He also said, “Under the leadership of Michael Wudke, we look forward to breaking new ground in servicing our customers with best-of-breed services and technology.”

It was reported that throughout Wudke’s career, he was able to successfully conduct computer forensic assessments, all the while recovering important digital evidence vital to many federal and corporate investigations.
